Directions:
For a Shake:
- Place contents of one packet into a (10 oz.) glass, shaker cup or blender.
- Add 8 ounces of cold water and stir or shake vigorously until dissolved. Nonfat milk may be substituted for water.
For a Pudding:
- Place contents of one packet into a small cup or bowl.
- Add 4 ounces of cold water and mix thoroughly with a spoon until smooth and serve. Pudding thickens upon standing. Nonfat milk may be substituted for water.

Rich and creamy without being too thick. Add a little ice, and you'll enjoy every last drop. The Mocha and the Chocolate Mint are the best.. absolutely divine!!

Love Love the chocolate cream very good...great flavor...I bought the shaken bottle with this purchase makes it taste even better after I mix it up I put it in the freezer for just a few minutes makes it thicker and super satisfying!!! Highly recommend...

Love the Mocha in puddings and shakes. Try the vanilla with skim milk and A&W diet root beer in a smoothie. I started on this stuff on a medical program and lost over 100 pounds. Unfortunately regained weight and started over again on my own and lost another 100 pounds. You can also use artificial flavors such as almond and rum extracts. A quarter teaspoon will do the job. They're usually with the spice section.

The Cocomint and Chocolate shakes are the best ! I can't wait for my shake every day! I use them for an in-between meal and have lost over 12 lbs so far. They make me feel like I am cheating! High protein, low calories & a bunch of other good stuff. I use vanilla - it's generic & when combined with things like non-fat milk, splenda, cocoa, instant coffee, strawberries, bananas, orange juice, flavorings or extracts, etc, then an hour or so in the freezer and a Wal-Mart blender - you can come up with almost any flavor your mind can imagine and it goes way beyond good tasting. You've still got low calories & the rest but it's special. You could set up a stand selling these things and people would come back. By the by, I've tried Medifast: Crap! You'll notice the C was capitalized.
