Cereal, with all of its carbs, is a big no-no for breakfast for health conscious folks. I have thus been missing one of my favorite, quick and easy breakfasts until now. Still somewhat of a no-no because it is a processed food, the fact that this is primarily made of soy protein makes it a much healthier choice. My whole family loves the taste.

I got the Honey Almond as a sample and was not very impressed. Even though they look like a cherio-type cereal, it has no substance hardly at all! And absolutely no taste either. I will not buy this product.
